Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

Responsible for overseeing a team of Learning Experience Designers in building business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools that engages its target audience and ensures effective transfer of knowledge and skills.

  • Ensures a successful implementation of high-quality performance solutions to the company and/or specific clients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages a team of Learning Experience designers responsible for building learning solutions for the company and/or its clients. Consults with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives.
  • Ensures the alignment of local efforts with Enterprise strategic objectives. Leads training needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborates with other functional areas to ensure the effectiveness of all learning solutions being built.
  • Oversees the usage of approved processes, tools, and templates to standard for development and reporting, while actively looking for ways to leverage tools and technologies such as AI.
  • Oversees the active maintenance of content. Leads and participates in quality review process.
  • Implements effective feedback mechanisms to improve learning programs and assess the impact of the investments made in learning.
  • Proactively identifies and diagnoses business issues and determines high-level performance improvement needs.
  • Represent the company to external clients or stakeholders; present company value propositions.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in the fields of instructional design or educational technology; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. This may include 8+ years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technologies as well as 5+ years of experience in managing teams and developing others, with proven expertise in designing and implementing successful learning programs in the BPO setting.
