The Role: Licensing Support Associate

Channel Spend Admin Support

What will you do?

As a member of the Customer Success team, the Licensing Support Associate is viewed as a customer trusted advisor that drive adoption and expansion of SaaS Solutions. The position is responsible for delivering a personalized experience for all our SaaS customer and partner and will contribute to subscription renewal and minimize churn rates.

1. Establish clear client retention goals and assist customer and partners with renewal of Software Embedded Products (SmartConnect, Network Management Cards, PoweChute Network Shutdown).

2. Create proposal and quotation for Software Embedded Products.

3. Assist with activation and renewal inquiries.

4. Handling basic technical issues, directly in collaboration with our customers and partners.

5. Advocating client needs back to our internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.

6. Managing bFO cases on relevant customer inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful?

Software Solution Selling and Consulting Skills, Knowledge and experience in bFO system to work the cases & customer retention. Technically sound, commercially savvy.Added advantage if the candidates has knowledge and experience on SmartConnect, Network Management Cards, PoweChute Network Shutdown products, IT industry and background in Technical Software solutions.

· BS Degree Graduate

· Basic knowledge of SE EcoStruxure IT Software, specifically, SmartConnect, Network Management Cards, & PowerChute Network Shutdown are an advantage.

· Good understanding of bFO Case Management, Oracle applications, MS Office.
