What you will be doing
  • Establish new business relationships, all while providing a high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
  • Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
  • Specialized in assigned Industry, managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates
  • Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and their environment.
  • Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
  • Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Who are we looking for
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client-facing recruitment.
  • High EQ and ability to adapt to technology and people
  • Must have a passion and commitment to sales processes
  • Must be able to produce solutions and be process-oriented
  • Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
  • Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner in both Mandarin and English (Written and Oral)
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for recruitment and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
