The Role Context:

This role is responsible to drive the overall success of the Entrepreneur Ignite Program individually and through the team and partners (sourcing partners, institutes, mentors, technology, etc.) The incumbent will apply strong research, collaboration and management skills and ensure world class delivery of the projects by WF platforms, institutes, mentors, consultants and external advisors to deliver results/ student outcomes and win high attribution of the impact in terms of Certified Real Ventures and real knowledge transfer for the students.

The candidate will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all WE Ignite programs (strategic and tactical). Develop metrics to measure and track project and program performance, identify growth and improvement opportunities, and evaluate the value and impact of our programs

Key Responsibilities


• The Candidate should be able to leverage his/ her experience of academics, venturing and work with implementation teams, provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the ecosystem.


• Working under the guidance of the SEA Regional Manager, he/ she will be responsible for the following tasks:


• Create insights and define the value levers of the program by conducting research on the current situation of the Tier 1 institutes, student population and drivers, entrepreneurship independent programs and the overall growth challenges they face.


• Define the program value proposition for the Institutes, partners, students, faculty and mentors in Philippines Central Region.


• Create strategic alliances with Tier 1 Institutes to develop undergrad and graduate entrepreneurship curricula in all degrees.


• Create awareness of WF Ignite programs in the academic ecosystem and with top venture mentors and engage a high percentage into our platform.


• Assure the End to End delivery of value to students' through successfully managing the matrix organization created for the program and constantly monitoring and upgrading the network of external mentors and partners.


• Own the program design and delivery through collaboration with other internal cross program areas such as sourcing, content, customer success and community and platforms.


• Define the mechanisms and measure of success in capturing the knowledge created in each D2F, D2S or D2C project and assure that the internal service areas align and execute according to the established KPI ́s.


• In collaboration with the back office areas such as marketing, IT and product design, increase the awareness, digital transformation and future program design.


• Design and manage the program Power BI dashboard to show with data the overall program progress and the details of the program value chain in collaboration with the rest of the service areas (sourcing, content, customer success and platforms and community).


• Drive strategic actions and make sure they complete in a timely manner by the respective owners and assure all these are documented, tracked and completed (to desired output).


• Ensure the team's day to day functioning is aligned to processes and systems so that many clients can be advanced successfully via the defined structure using the variety of tools, frameworks, content, and expert connects, and transformation guidance provided by the program.
• Lead and define training needs of the program team of consultants on the above, orient them on the outcomes and KRAs, shape their careers by building thought excellence

Skills & Experience:


• Bachelor's Degree, ideally Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or suitable graduate degree/ credentials in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience


• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 in senior leadership roles. Work experience in Venturing, consulting or academy is a plus


• Experience with PM tools like Clarizen, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Slack, Trello etc. and Microsoft Office


• Effective communication in creating EXECUTIVE reports for senior leadership


• Leadership and project management skills
• Strong Presentation and Communication skills


• Effective organizational, stakeholder management, project management and data analysis skills , drive team to meet objectives


• Bent of mind to productize knowledge by using technology
