JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst will report to the Market Intelligence Manager. They will be a key member of the Sales and Operations Team supporting the development of retail and wholesale programming along with other data analysis and reporting needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Overall gathering and organization of internal, market, and competitive data


• Research competitive pricing and programming activity on a consistent basis


• Maintain database of competitive intelligence including product specifications, pricing, and retail programming


• Perform monthly industry association reporting and data analysis/reporting


• Perform regular competitive market share analysis


• Provide marketing campaign targeting support


• Perform competitive dealer network research and targeting analysis


• Provide support for implementation and training of BI tools


• Support sales and marketing leadership with other data-driven insights as needed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PREFERRED:


• 0 to 3 years of experience Data Analysis and Reporting


• Strong capability with Microsoft Excel is required


• Experience with BI tools is preferred, not required


• Moderate capability with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word is required


• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred, not required


• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field


• Ability to translate data and provide actionable insights
