The Junior RA coordinates and communicates issues and concerns to other team members and their immediate supervisor. They manage day-to-day listing activities with meticulous attention to detail. The analyst generates comprehensive reports that are easily understood and interpreted.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Listing Management: Create, monitor, and update product listings as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.Reporting: Consolidate, organise, and prepare data for comprehensive reports, delivering them promptly to relevant stakeholders.Communication and Support: Respond promptly to emails related to product listing status, clearly communicating requests, queries, updates, and deadlines while adhering to predefined procedures.Process Documentation: Accurately record, review, and maintain the necessary steps and protocols for daily operations.Dissemination of Knowledge: Regularly share knowledge and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure team proficiency and awareness of documented processes.

Ad Hoc Assistance: Assist with various minor tasks, including gathering data as needed, and support the team in meeting deadlines for ad hoc reports and tasks.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Create new product listings across platforms.Monitor, audit, update, and maintain listed products.Monitor and update pricing information.Gather, consolidate, organize data for analysis and reportingEnsure that all data management tools are up-to-date and that reports are delivered on time.Ensure the optimal functioning of platforms, effectively communicating any changes.Respond to emails and other communication channels promptly.Meet deadlines for ad hoc reports and tasks as requested.Regular knowledge sharing and cross-training.Assist team members where required.
