We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Web Rebrand Project Manager to lead our company's rebranding efforts on the digital front. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, web development, and brand strategy. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Web Rebrand Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the rebranding process, ensuring that timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and the project objectives are achieved successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the web rebrand initiative, including defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, content, and development teams, to gather requirements and align on project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors involved in the rebranding project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the design and development of the new website, ensuring that it reflects the brand identity and aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that all website content is migrated and optimized for the new platform, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the rebranding project and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of the web rebrand initiative, collecting feedback from stakeholders and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the impact of the rebranding efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including progress against milestones, budget, and any risks or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in web development, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading project teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to track and analyze project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Amenable to work following the US Shift (8 PM - 5 AM PHT) on a hybrid work set-up
  • Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
