Construction Operations Manager & Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while mitigating risks and fostering a collaborative work environment. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Clearly communicate project goals, expectations, and timelines to all stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project engineers and construction personnel.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Construction Operations:

  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage change orders and cost variations, ensuring alignment with the project budget.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports documenting project milestones and resource utilization.

Contract Management:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, project engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions for materials and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage client expectations.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes related to the project scope or budget.

Project Completion:

  • Oversee the final inspection process and ensure project completion according to specifications.
  • Work with clients to facilitate a smooth handover process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE License a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Autodesk applications (AutoCAD, Revit a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • You may be assigned to other office or projects within Luzon.
