Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the positionExperience: 1 years of related work experienceTraining: 4 hours of relevant trainingDuties and Responsibilities:1.
Assists in consolidating and updating the time-keeping systems with accurate approved overtime, leave, and official business forms to prepare the timekeeping summary of agency-hired employees;2.
Assists in computing and processing overtime services rendered by the agency-hired personnel for efficient and accurate payment of services;3. Assists in the preparation of time-keeping by consolidating all required attachments for payroll generation;4. Maintains and updates files regularly pertaining to signed time-sheets, OB Forms, Leave applications, and OT request for organized safekeeping;5. Assists in coordinating relevant concerns of agency hired employees;6. Assists in monitoring all agency-hired employee time records and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies;7. Assists employees in the clarification of company policies and procedure to address related timekeeping and benefits issues or concerns;8. Maintains and updates records to comply with the corporation standards in records keeping;9. Assists in checking the billing statements transmitted by the workforce provider; and10. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time;-
