CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT HEAD - CEBU

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Management Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and to specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project engineers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, budget, and timeline.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize construction processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among construction team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments.
