This position reports to the Senior Manager and works closely with other members of the Sales-Operations team. This is an entry staff level position at dataSpring, working to ensure that superior client service is delivered.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Sales-Operations Tasks:

  • Performs bidding to project management tasks of sample only projects under the supervision of the Senior Manager
  • Evaluates client's request against dataSpring's capability to supply sample and provide other appropriate services, and prepares full quotation and proposal accordingly
  • Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions
  • Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame
  • Works efficiently with third party suppliers to fully deliver project requirements
  • Tests surveys and troubleshoots basic technical issues
  • Escalates outstanding RFQ/project-related issues to Senior Manager

Common Activities:

  • Maintains the good public image of the Company
  • Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to Senior Manager
  • Functions as a cooperative and active member of team meetings
  • Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit
  • Completes other administrative work as required (e.g. suggest supplies and job tools needed for Sales-Operations) and acts as an active team player
  • Contributes to entire dataSpring (and, or other local offices) as an active member, besides the Sales-Operations tasks assigned

III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

  • This is an office environment and typical physical demands apply.
  • Must be open to working flexible hours (mid shift) to communicate efficiently with Global clients

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

  • Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties
  • Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set
  • Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
  • Ability to display empathy and ability to get along well with different personalities
  • Experience in dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is preferred
  • Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team
