Compliance Management Specialist

  • Works closely with immediate superior in managing group-wide information security compliance programs
  • Create and implement an internal assessment plan to ensure alignment to Corporate Information Security Policy (CISP) and other compliance requirements
  • Supervise, test and monitor compliance to CISP, validate security control assessment of process stakeholders and track compliance to remediation of identified process gaps
  • Supervise implementation of controls to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Supervise compliance to cyber security regulatory and industry compliance management process by coordinating cyber security regulatory and industry compliance assessment and analyses process
  • Formulate audit plan and develop effective compliance metrics to monitor security performance
  • Conduct pre-audit periodic reviews and tests
  • Perform audit of company's compliance to applicable laws and regulatory requirements, CISP, procedures and processes, including vendor or partner compliance
  • Performs analysis and reporting of compliance gaps and assist in the implementation of action plans ad provide compliance support to concerned business units in order to improve performance of controls
  • Tracks and manages action plans for the resolution of issues identified during assessment and audits
  • Build, develop and maintain strong business relationships with respective business units, acting as a trusted advisor that can collaborate to solve complex problems
  • Monitor the group's audit exceptions and coordinate the recommended resolutions to the concerned business units
  • Collate and prepare audit evidences and review the replies of the auditees and timelines
  • Collect, analyze and summarize information and prepare status report and recommend modified schedules or plans as required
  • Provide enhancements to CISP based on non-compliance findings to approved practices and identified gaps in existing controls
  • Partner with company's Data Privacy group and concerned business units in pursuing closure of identified compliance gaps
  • Keep and maintain repository of all relevant compliance management documents and reports
  • Other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any College course in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Information Security
  • With minimum 3 year-experience in security, risk management or compliance and their implementation
  • With experience in program management, performance management, organizational and time management
  • Familiarity in one or more of the following technology areas: Active Directory, Application Security, OS system security, database security and/or networking
    Successful managing complex and risky projects
  • Business-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
  • Highly self-motivated and directed professional with keen attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative
  • Can work effectively both independently and in teams, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • With ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks
