The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the different restaurant branches to ensure efficient and effective management. This role involves managing staff, optimizing customer satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple branches to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

3. Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Implement customer service policies and train staff on best practices.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and manage the restaurant's budget and financial plans.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.

5. Facilities Management:

  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant's physical assets.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in working order and address any maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Multi Unit Manager, Regional Business Unit Manager or similar role in a multi-branch restaurant or cafe.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The organization is a Cebu-based, privately owned subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. Currently operating with seven (7) stores, six (6) of which are under the 10 Dove brand.

An established destination amongst cake lovers, 10 Dove Street aims to focus on the customer and diversify to meet the needs of the growing customer base. Where cake lovers unite, 10 Dove Street began its humble beginnings at a small portion of Mrs. Marisol Verallo's home at Sto. Nino Village. Aptly naming it 10 Dove Street, after her home address, the quaint café became known for its hearty meals, personalized service and cozy ambiance.
