Type of Job - Fulltime Contractual Position (6 Months)

Job Summary

We are looking for someone who can shape the user experience of our platform, contributing to innovative solutions that propel us to the forefront of the data revolution.

Essential Functions

The candidate will perform the following key functions:

  • Develop solutions across the entire stack, integrating front-end, business logic, and data tiers to ensure a cohesive application.
  • Take charge of the application's solution architecture, leading the creation of robust and scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, error-free code, consistently incorporating feedback from code reviews and adhering to best practices for maintainable solutions.
  • Support colleagues when needed, fostering a collaborative environment for improved productivity.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks, coordinating effectively with the team, project management, and product owner to ensure project alignment.
  • Create accessible resources for the team's knowledge base and ongoing reference.

The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job. Specific duties and responsibilities may vary. Other duties may be assigned similar to the above consistent with the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job.

  • Knowledge of UI Frameworks like React Bootstrap, Material UI with React, or any other UI framework such as React Foundation, Ant Design, etc
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, and SVN
  • Database Management tools such as MySQL
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of coding best practices
  • Past experience scaling projects from prototype to hundreds of thousands / millions of users is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Typescript, structural type systems, and mobile UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications and experience

  • 4-7 years of experience as a full-stack 7 and React Developer, proficient in front and backend development.
