1.Assure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to effectively render pharmacy services (FDA, DDB, PDEA and other regulatory agencies);

2.Develop organizational structure clearly defining the lines of authority and job responsibilities to enable the staff to work toward common objectives;

3.Supervise the receiving, checking and proper storage of all drugs, biological products and medical supplies deliveries;

4.Supervise, check and fills medical prescriptions in the dispensing of pharmaceutical products;

5.Store medicines adopting FIRST EXPIRY FIRST OUT policy to facilitate dispense (FEFO) rule for inventory system and stock management;

6.Check and monitor expiry dates;

7.Gives counseling to our customer- patients;

8.Attend to customer complaints

9.Prepares and conducts stock takes as scheduled by annual inventory

10.Ensures that all ordering receiving and checking of stocks are done in accordance to company policy

11.Checks manufacture and expiration dates of drug products;

12.Checks label of medicines in accordance with the FDA labeling requirements;

13.Ensures implementation of the Pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOP);

14.To record and maintain prescriptions in the Prescription Bookand keep Prescription Books and Dangerous Drugs Books and files prescriptions for two (2) years;

15.Ensures cleanliness of apparatus and equipment and organized displaying area in the Pharmacy;

16.Report malfunction and Non-functional equipment;

17.Orient Pharmacy Interns on the SOP's of the Pharmacy, organization, its Policies and Guidelines, Code of Conduct, etc.;

18.Attend training/Seminar-Workshops related to pharmacy operations and continuing pharmacy education;

19.Upgrade high attending Seminar Convention;

20.Actively monitors on the Pharma Clerks with respect to:

Øperforming over-the-counter selling of drugs and health care products through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service in order to meet set profit plan

ØDispenses medicines under the supervision of the Pharmacist

ØLooks after stocks positioning

ØMonitors availability of merchandise

ØRefills and displays stocks

ØReport out-of-stock/critical stock merchandise to the Pharmacist

ØPractices good housekeeping

ØDisplays merchandise according to therapeutic use

ØMonitors expiration dates

ØCleans stocks

ØPractices "FEFO"first expiry, first out

ØSecures merchandise

21.Works in tandem with the Store Head, the Head being the over-all in-charge of the respective Store Outlet;

22.To assist Human Resource in some of its activities, like; administration of Performance Evaluation, to consistently monitor and submit daily report on attendance and tardiness, under-time and over-time, daily wear of our prescribe uniforms and I.D., etc.
