IT Lead

Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)

The role is accountable for the overall availability, reliability, and performance of Maximo Application Suite. The role owner is responsible for managing the application support services to ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Maximo Application Lead shall establish and maintain service processes to maximize operational efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• With relevant certifications in IBM Maximo, such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management or similar, can be beneficial
• ITIL certification is a plus
• With minimum of 7 years of experience in the operations, support and administration of IBM Maximo (Modules: Asset, Work Management, Procurement, Inventory)
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
