As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in conducting outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers and promoting products or services on behalf of clients. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough research on client offerings, customizing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. By adhering to performance targets and compliance protocols, you will contribute to driving sales conversions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.

Conduct thorough research on the products or services offered by the client to understand their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customize sales pitches and strategies to resonate with the target audience and address their needs effectively.

Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally to maintain a positive customer experience.

Meet or exceed the client's sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-ups.

Follow up with leads and prospects through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions as authorized by the client.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients.

Strong research abilities to gather relevant information about products or services and target demographics.

Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Skill in handling objections and negotiating terms to secure sales agreements.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tracking tools for efficient customer management

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Adaptability to changing priorities, sales targets, and market dynamics.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining comprehensive sales records and reports.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales in a call center environment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

Proven experience in conducting outbound sales calls and converting leads into sales.

Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

30% Night Differential Pay

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
