The opportunity

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for IT disaster recovery exercise and infrastructure delivery project of the Enterprise Technology Services(ETS) Asia.

What we are looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Industry recognized Project Management, Agile, ITIL certification
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT disaster recovery and cloud migration project
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Alibaba Cloud
  • Demonstration of proven project management skills in managing large-scale IT project resource, timeline, budget and deliverable
  • Previous experience working in a large insurance, financial institution or other regulated industries
  • Good communication, organization and project management skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse multi-functional teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and partnership skills

On the job you will:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of disaster recovery drill and/or infrastructure delivery project,
  • Accountable for managing the creation, lead and maintenance of disaster recovery plan, disaster recovery plan execution and annual DR testing exercise,
  • Accountable on project deliverables, ensure all project commitments are met; manage, track and report on progress in accordance with agreed project plan, cost and quality,
  • Drive and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and third-party partners to coordinate project executions effectively,
  • Manage changes in key milestones and engage key stakeholders to provide regular status update and escalate issue regarding project scope, timeline, budget and risk,
  • Efficiently resolve conflicts and effectively manage priority issues across projects,
  • Conduct post-implementation review with stakeholders to validate projects benefits and business requirements are being achieved and fulfilled
