Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, writing, editing, public relations, or related areas.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning based on data.
  • Experience with CRM management (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in internet marketing techniques and technologies.
  • Effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomatic with solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Branding:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase company influence and community engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and campaigns to improve efficiency and identify new opportunities.
  • Strengthen brand identity and image through programs and activities targeting the company's market segment.
  • Supervise the Creative Team/Marketing & Sales workflow, assign projects, and monitor deadlines and budget.
  • Develop marketing and sales materials, such as client testimonials, press releases, and social media content.
  • Manage external communications through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM contacts and data
  • Build customer relationships to understand their needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Support Client Acquisition & Retention, Integrated Marketing & Communications, and Research & Data Management efforts.
  • Assist in updating the company website regularly.

2. Partnerships and Relationships:

  • Create and implement strategies and action plans for business growth, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes organizing public events, seminars, partnerships, speaking engagements, community projects, and business development programs with various organizations and institutions.
  • Recruit professionals to support the company's marketing, sales, and advocacy efforts.
  • Collaborate with consultants to promote the advocacy of strengthening families in business.
  • Support the Asian Family Enterprise Excellence Conference (AFEEC) with event management and sponsor development.
  • Maintain and update the partner and consultant database in HubSpot.
