The Contracts Analyst role will involve data analysis and extraction, participation in the workflow and reporting related matters. AccountabilitiesAnalyzing and extracting relevant information from contracts Identifying potential documents and process inefficiencies based on internal policies Answering basic business partner requests Delivering basic reporting based on contract information Providing help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when needed Perform as positive role model by demonstrating continuous process improvement skills and support of department and company objectives Support organizational improvement efforts to drive-out cost inefficiencies, improve operational excellence, and bring about standardization and alignment Carry out additional tasks as assignedQualifications
  • Must posses a Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Strong commitment to performance and team success
  • Average reading, legal comprehension, analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating shift
  • Must be committed to complete process training and certification
  • Any editorial and publishing experience is a plus
  • Must not be in PIP or DAP within the past twelve (12) months
  • Must not have any attendance and punctuality issues in the past twelve (12) months
