Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology)

  • System design and development of functional requirements.
  • Evaluation of the right technology solution.
  • Optimization of system performance by fine-tuning configurations, implementing caching strategies, and optimizing database queries.
  • Oversee Integration of various system components and their technology.
  • Design and implement systems in accordance with security and compliance.
  • Design and implement system scalability, resiliency, and availability.
  • Documentations of systems
  • Develops new module / system according to the requirement.
  • Enhances and modifies the existing systems of the company for continuous improvement.
  • Performs testing of the system.
  • Resolves problems and errors within the system.
  • Assists and provides support to system users as needed.
  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Mentor Junior Developers, System Support and UI Developers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Patient, Willingness to learn, can adopt easily, can work with minimum supervision.
  • Has extensive knowledge on computer programming languages such as , ASP. NET
  • Preferred has basic knowledge in Accounting, MVC, LINUX, MYSQL but not required.
  • Has an experience in MS. SQL.
  • Must be familiar with different operating systems and platforms.
  • Has good problem-solving skills and time management skills.
  • Can do technical writing, architecture, and design.
  • Team player
  • With at least one (3) year relevant experience
  • Highly analytical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
