  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with company objectives
  • Promote market development within the related industry, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with customers
  • Understand our customer needs and deliver solutions to our customers
  • Strategically set sales prices, considering both the company's pricing framework and prevailing market conditions
  • Conduct and orchestrate final negotiations with customers, fostering positive relationships and securing business deals
  • Monitor sales activities, providing comprehensive reports to management and formulating strategies for improvement
  • Manage and follow up on open payments, presenting effective collection strategies to management

Requirements:

  • College degree with technical background or similar
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts, coupled with a keen organizational and commercial sense
  • A strong team player with excellent self-organization and leadership capabilities
  • A proactive, customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering solutions and achieving results

Working experience: Prior experience in a technical sales environment, preferably within the equipment sales in beverage and food, will be highly regarded
