The Role

We are looking for aClient Services Managerto join our team based in the Philippines.

As aClient Services Manageryou will:

  • Serve as the internal sales point of contact for designated key and/or strategic accounts within the region
  • Key enabler of GF's account management and customer care process
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall positive customer experience and managing the delta between customer expectations and GF performance
  • Perform Client Service and Control Tower function to ensure overall customer service meets and exceeds the acceptable standards of the clients
  • Support CSM to drive operation excellence and improve productivity with the aims to support CRM to increase wallet share from clients in Asia
  • Work with Account owner to oversee local contract preparation & deal negotiations, ensure compliance to company standards

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience

  • 5+ years' of relevant working experience in development and client relationship building within the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and manipulate large volumes of data
  • Good in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, CW1, Salesforce and relevant IT solutions
  • Experience in Control Tower and Client Service set up across multiple countries (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer Service and Key Account Management across multiple countries is a plus
  • Must be results-orientated with a strong customer orientation and ability to operate effectively at many levels within the organization in a virtual environment
  • Proven ability to handle key and complex customers

The Role

We are looking for aClient Services Managerto join our team based in the Philippines.

As aClient Services Manageryou will:

  • Serve as the internal sales point of contact for designated key and/or strategic accounts within the region
  • Key enabler of GF's account management and customer care process
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall positive customer experience and managing the delta between customer expectations and GF performance
  • Perform Client Service and Control Tower function to ensure overall customer service meets and exceeds the acceptable standards of the clients
  • Support CSM to drive operation excellence and improve productivity with the aims to support CRM to increase wallet share from clients in Asia
  • Work with Account owner to oversee local contract preparation & deal negotiations, ensure compliance to company standards

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience

  • 5+ years' of relevant working experience in development and client relationship building within the Freight Forwarding industry
