  • Audit and review of Accounts Payable Vouchers and Check Vouchers to ensure all disbursements are valid, duly approved and are in compliance with company policies.
  • Audit and review of weekly commission releases and monthly Performance-based Marketing Fund (PBMF) given to sales agent.
  • Check Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS) for signature of the Senior Vice President - Treasurer of the company to ensure all documents are valid for execution of DAS and all information are correct.
  • Make recommendations and/or solutions to improve existing internal control procedure or introduce new policies, subject to approval of immediate superior and/or the SVP- Tresurer.
  • Perform other tasks as mandated by immediate superior and/or the SVP-Treasurer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With at least one year related work experience
  • With keen attention to details and good background with internal control assessment and compliance checking
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work at McKinley Hill from Mondays to Fridays.
