Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for call center positions at Redefined Growth Marketing (RGM), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing (final hiring decisions will be made by Call Center Management).
- Collaborate with Managers and the Call Center Director at RGM to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, both traditional and digital, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities at RGM, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies at RGM.
- Handle employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR and/or Recruitment roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
