Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated LinkedIn Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, playing a key role in building a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to patients who need Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and catheters. If you excel at identifying talent on LinkedIn and are passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Sourcing:
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, source, and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates, presenting MEd Supply US as an employer of choice.
Candidate Engagement:
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential candidates, including personalized messaging and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on LinkedIn data and trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Brand Promotion:
  • Actively promote MEd Supply US’s employer brand on LinkedIn by sharing relevant content, job postings, and company updates.
  • Participate in LinkedIn groups and forums to network with industry professionals and promote job openings.

Data Management:
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates, pipeline development, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus.
