WAREHOUSE
AND DELIVERY MANAGER

Job summary:

Warehouse
& Delivery Manager, manage quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times,
transport costs and efficiency. Identify
and manage continuous improvement projects.
Resolves any arising problems escalating issues as required. Provide
support in solving day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and-long term
performance goals. Supervision on
deliveries of goods into warehouse and ensure products are accounted for, are
stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers.

Job
responsibilities:

·
Monitor
the day-to-day incoming and outgoing deliveries (local and imported) and
inventory.

·
Managing
and ensuring the accuracy of product storage warehouse inventories

·
Strategically
plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in
the inventory team

·
Direct,
optimize and coordinate full order cycle

·
Arrange
and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

·
Resolve
any arising problems or complaints

·
Supervise
monitor all warehouse personnel activity on stacking newly arrived items and
preparation.

·
Monitor
warehouse area and space in connection with incoming container items.

·
Check
all slow and non-moving items inside the warehouse and daiso items and make
recommendations.

·
Coordinate
with Bulacan and VisMin personnel on items for containerized delivery.

·
Meet
cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

·
Maintain
metrics and analyze data to assess performance and

·
implement
improvements

·
Establishing
and managing incoming and outbound shipping schedules

·
Managing
the flow of resources and goods throughout an organization

·
Collaborating
with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics

·
Supervising
the remainder of the logistics team's job

·
Supervising
the process of importing and exporting a product

·
Coordination
of manufacturing schedules, storage, and shipment of certain goods and
commodities.

·
Developing
procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution
operations.

·
Prepare
and submit weekly reports of all deliveries (incoming/outgoing) to OSS Head

·
Conduct
meeting on issues and concerns regarding mis-deliveries and errors in preparing
items.

·
Evaluate
performance of employees on quarterly basis

Job
qualifications:

Graduate
of 4-year course in business, logistics or related field

·
Proficient
knowledge of Warehouse procedures and policy

·
Inventory
Control and Inventory Management know how

·
Record
of successful distribution and logistics management

·
Demonstrable
ability to lead and manage staff

·
Proficient
in standard logistics software

·
Excellent
analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

·
Ability
to work independently and handle multiple projects

·
Strong
prospecting skills with steadfast attitude for excellence

·
Willing
to work at Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City
