Role:

We are looking for a Director of Strategy and Special Projects focused on Voice Platform, Wonders' flagship product. In this role, you will execute priority projects of the executive team that support the key focus areas of Wonders:

• Supercharge top-line growth by hitting revenue targets in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Evolve into a multi-product ecosystem that is capable of servicing different cuisines, and
• Build a great culture with the talent and team to reach $1bn ARR.

In the short term, the Director of Strategy and Special projects will determine gaps in scaling - specific to capacity planning, training, and business excellence. You will partner with Analytics team to become an internal consulting function seen as a thought partner for the organization's highest priorities.

• Voice Platform Scaling Assessment
  • Assess functional systems that would be a blocker to exponential growth - manual processes, inefficiencies for Wonders' flagship product, Voice Platform
  • Provide a roadmap of short term month) road map to close gaps in scaling
  • Flag scaling blockers that would entail longer term solutions and investment
• Thought leadership in current business excellence projects
  • Adviser to attrition project team
  • Provide opportunities to increase upselling opportunity
• Serve as an in-house strategy and project management expert
  • Provide guidance to managers and business unit teams
  • Active driver of improvement in budget planning
  • Sense check project plans and challenge business excellence team in execution
• Business need continuation
  • Step in and manage function if director / senior director of a Voice Platform vertical resigns with no clear succession
  • Lead teams of 100+ members if needed

Project execution of key projects include:

• Scaling roadmap for Voice Platform for teams under Strategy and Analytics
• Upselling opportunity increase
• Budgeting exercise thought partner

About you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operator and/or strategy role working closely with executives/directors or 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking and/or business operations at a fast-growing tech startup; Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
• Experience managing strategic projects, process improvements or working in a PMO office
• Start-up experience highly desirable
• Proven experience in organizing multiple teams/departments
• Experience in revenue operations and budget management
• Experience using data to drive business insights. Experience in SQL, Python or other analytical softwares
