Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead the growth of our client email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, automating, and sending out emailers through platforms such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns. If you are passionate about crafting engaging email content and driving results through strategic email marketing initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Job Details:

  • Hybrid or Onsite
  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM PH Time

Responsibilities:

  • Design Engaging Email Campaigns: Create visually appealing and engaging email templates that align with client branding and objectives.
  • Automation and Segmentation: Implement automation workflows and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different variables and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • List Management: Maintain and segment email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on designing, automating, and deploying campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights for optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Certification in email marketing (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing Certification) is preferred.
