Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilledDigital Marketing Specialistwith expertise in SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus onSEOand related technical skills. This role will require proficiency in various platforms, includingGoogle Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing campaign setups, analysing data, and providing actionable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Expertise:
    • Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including PMax and eCommerce campaigns.
      Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Google Ads.
    • Meta Business Manager Proficiency:
      • Navigate Meta Business Manager, address Facebook page ownership issues, and manage social media advertising campaigns.
    • Google Analytics and Tag Manager:
      • Utilise Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
      • Define conversion goals, set up tracking, GTM container, and tag setups, and install Facebook pixels.
    • B2B Campaign Implementation:
      • Plan and execute B2B campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn Business Manager/Campaign Manager.
    • Email Marketing Campaigns:
      • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Drip.
      • Develop automated email journeys, including welcome/retention campaigns and lead
    • Diverse Digital Ad Management:
      • Work with various digital ad manager platforms, including TikTok, SnapAds, and digital out-of-home (DOOH).
      • Bonus: Experience in programmatic buying.
    • Understand the importance of 1st party data and apply it to audience targeting, including retargeting campaigns and creating custom similar audience segments.
    • Data Analysis and Insights:
      • Analyse data from GA4 and other sources to perform trends analysis and derive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • eCommerce Expertise:
      • Direct experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce to drive online sales.
    • Social Media Management:
      • Utilise social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, and HeyOrca to manage and schedule content.
    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO and related skills5 years' experience in the field.
  • High proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong technical skills in campaign setups, conversion tracking, and Facebook pixel installation.
  • Experience in B2B and email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with other digital ad manager platforms and programmatic buying is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 1st party data and audience targeting strategies.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
