Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries and assist in providing them with additional information that may include offering additional services, upgrading current product and/or service and reinstating customer accounts.
- Create awareness for effectively communicating client offers and incentives through professional phone and email channels as required.
- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
- Achieve set targets (sales and telemarketing metrics) and other performance indicators (accuracy, efficiency) consistently.
- Monitor and ensure completion of account requirements.
- Champion company core values and other company programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 6+ months experience in a Sales role or as an Escalations Specialist
- C1 above CEFR Score
- Have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
- for SHS Graduates must have at least 1 year BPO experience handling international account
- 2nd year college undergraduate or Degree holders, no experience required
- You are willing to work onsite in Mckinley Hills, Taguig
