Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate shall have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.

This role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other business documents from different subsidiaries and highlight important points to be discussed in meetings by the Managing Director.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondences for internal and external communication.
  • Assist in the company's event planning and coordination, including guest management, logistics, food, and technical activities.
  • Support other members of the executive team as needed
*Attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director as needed and provide summarized reports with emphasis on the action items for execution.

  • Monitor and follow-up people in charge of certain deadlines instructed or delegated by the Managing Director
  • Oversee significant projects within the company and provide support where and when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. With Masters or Law background is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a real estate or consulting environment supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
