As a Transportation Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and addressing our clients' transportation needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and challenges, providing tailored solutions to optimize their transportation operations. This role requires expertise in transportation management systems (TMS), route planning, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' transportation operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific transportation needs and challenges.
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize route planning, supplier management, and transportation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions that meet client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transportation operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation management, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and route planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
