Job description

Overview: Studio Assistant is basically the assistant of the Duty Manager in shifts. They are in charge of monitoring the dealers or acting as the ground surveillance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

KRA 1: Gaming

  • Responsible in helping the Studio Manager in monitoring adherence of Standard Operational Procedure of Gaming Commission and Management;
  • Ensures that Studio Presenter possesses the necessary discipline, skills, and design further development if necessary;
  • Oversee Staffing is met daily and or as required before the shift starts;
  • Make certain that the gaming operation runs smoothly;
  • Reports and make written record of any untoward incidents and or any work-related issues that includes table infraction or customer issues during operation and furnish copy of incident/s to concerned Department including HRD;
  • Monitors Online Anchor is properly complying with the Operation grooming standard and table posture when on tour of duty;
  • Ensures all instruction of the Studio Manager during briefing is highly observed such as matching float and table requirements, recording table and player results and remedying equipment failure and staff difficulties and basically endorse report to the Duty Manager before or after shift depending on the exigency;
  • Monitors studio assignments is observed respectively as planned that includes schedule, roster and table assignment;
  • Ensures highest possible levels of customer service as deemed necessary
  • Responds to requests and inquiries of Studio Presenter during table problems in prompt and effective manner and or report immediately to the Studio Manager for proper treatment and modification;
  • Inform Studio/Duty Manager of any concern affecting the shift operation;
  • Also coordinates with the IT team in case of table infraction and technical issues which need further investigation.

KRA 2: Report

  • Prepares shift report and or proper resolved and pending work endorsement respectively.

KRA 4: Grooming Standard

4.1 Ensures Gaming Staff Grooming meets the Management standard.

KRA 5: Monitoring

  • Monitors studio staff (Online Anchor), ensuring that they follow the proper procedures.
  • Assists in stimulating positive work attitude among staff.
  • Assists in instilling quality consciousness and job pride among staff.
  • Assists in building team spirit.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 21y/o

College level, Senior High School and Fresh graduate

Good attention to detail and a quick learner

Good working attitude

Workplace: Manila
