Full job description

● Timely response and provide accurate information on the listings available. Assist clients in booking.

  • Good customer service skills
  • Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagement with the online community to update the facebook and social media platforms.
  • Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
  • Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms, groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closing of booking
  • Assists in scheduling of bookings, assist in payment of clients, assist in check-in and check-out of clients.
  • Coordinates with the cleaner in making sure that the units cleaning schedule are followed and the things in the room aren't missing.

● Handles inquiries in messenger, emails, or phone calls or walk in inquiries.

● Record booked rooms and coordinate with the check in and check out process.

● Post social media updates regarding properties.

● Coordinates and report the status of the units to the President.

● Serve as a point of contact between guests and admin of properties.

● Engaging with the guest and creating a positive relationship with them.

● Monitoring customer satisfaction levels.

● Keeping track of online marketing trends.

● Prepare data needed for Monthly Business Review with the Finance Manager.

● Follow the Customer and Internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)

● Maintaining client records and compiling weekly and monthly reports.

● Participating in any required meeting and training.

● Prepare Daily Cash in reports.

● Any other related task assigned by the Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in any field

● 6months-1 year experience in Marketing and Administration

● Knowledgeable in social media and E-commerce Platforms

● Experience in handling online queries and email messages

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
