The Opportunity

We're looking for an Reports Analyst / Associate Business Analytics Specialist to join our GBS COO – Business Insights & Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to design and develop metrices, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions. Moreover, this position will require you to gather and transform data and information from various sources into valuable reports, dashboards, and insights for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating reports that highlight key metrics and trends and providing analysis on the findings of the report.
• Designing and developing dashboards that help users to understand complex data.
• Directly working with stakeholders to gather requirements, generate reports, and present findings and analysis.
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of assigned reports.
• Undertake complex ad-hoc requests and projects as required.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the organization's leaders and business units to assess and document the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the company. Your reports and dashboards will offer insightful analysis of the company's overall deliverables, providing valuable insights into its operational status and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
• Experience: A t least 3-4 years' experience in any data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, workforce management or similar roles , and at least 1-2 years relevant experience in dealing with KPIs of BPOs/shared services industry
• Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
• Shift Schedule: Amenability to work on night shift or rotating shift (depending on business need)

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

• Should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query & VBA Macro) and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or any other similar tool
• Should have hands-on experience in collecting, transforming, and compiling raw data and generating useful reports from the raw information.
• Should have demonstrated data storytelling and data visualization skills to create compelling reports with dashboard elements like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, and data models.
• Should have analytical skills to rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive useful insights from these data sets.
• Should be able to provide mentorship on best practices in reporting and dashboarding to other team members, and lead team initiatives and projects.
