Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join their dynamic team.

As a key member of their development team, you will play a vital role in building and enhancing their mobile application using Flutter. While prior experience with backend development (particularly .NET) and frontend development (Angular) is advantageous, a strong focus on Flutter expertise is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services and databases
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in mobile application development with Flutter, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework
  • Experience with backend development, particularly .NET, is a plus
  • Experience with frontend development technologies such as Angular is advantageous
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and voice ideas and concerns openly
  • Willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.
