The Customer Success Associate is expected to perform tasks efficiently, with professionalism and a positive attitude, managing the front desk, office/facility, and clients, both internal and external.

FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT:

  • Providing support at the reception/front desk by:
  • Answering calls and inquiries
  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Responding to tenant concerns and walk-in inquiries
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mails
  • Managing front office daily
  • Assisting with client requests
  • Processing work permits/gatepasses
  • Performing ad hoc duties as needed

GENERAL SERVICES/TENANT SERVICES:

  • Being the point person in the workplace
  • Managing conference room reservations
  • Coordinating workplace issues
  • Providing administrative support
  • Creating a superior customer experience
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Enforcing company policies and safety regulations

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:

  • Attending to ticket requests promptly
  • Assisting with office tours and marketing events
  • Serving refreshments to clients
  • Assisting with basic IT troubleshooting
  • Coordinating with vendors for client requests
  • Distributing monthly treats
  • Following operational procedures
  • Enforcing house rules and security policies

GENERAL OFFICE MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:

  • Maintaining office cleanliness and readiness
  • Conducting facilities walkthroughs
  • Coordinating with Customer Success Lead
