Your role
  • Encodes Purchase Requests and Disbursement Voucher Forms into the ARIBA system and 1SS respectively
  • Files and safe keep department records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implements established SOPs on locker occupancy and turnover, and, maintains an updated master list of locker occupants
  • Oversees actual implementation of pest control activities
  • Accounts overtime chits and controls issuance

About you
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in business, technical, or any relevant course
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and organize workload independently when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to fresh graduates
