The Warehouse Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to the Warehouse Supervisor specifically in the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.

SUPPLY CHAIN: 
  • Monitors and encodes the day-to-day inventories and deficits of warehouse stocks 
  • Assists in the preparation of the weekly physical count. 
  • Encodes all the Transmittal slips, pending purchase orders, and RPRRs. 
  • Monitors LEADS Agri delivery vehicles using GPS 
  • Helps organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. 
  • Perform duties assigned from time to time by superior  

ADMINISTRATIVE:
  • Observe all company protocols, procedures, and employee code of discipline. 
  • Submits itinerary, travel expense reimbursement, activity plans, liquidations, and other reportorial requirements within the prescribed period of compliance.   
 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education Requirement 
  • College Level or College graduate of any course.  
Other Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies)

c.      able to work shifts
