Address and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to deposits and withdrawals.3. Introduce and explain promotional activities on the website.4. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.

1. Fearless and willing to take on challenges.2. Possess patience to carefully listen to customer problems and provide effective solutions.3. Warm and friendly, responding to customer concerns and needs with a positive attitude.4. Exhibit high resilience to pressure, maintaining composure in various emergencysituations.5. Execute job responsibilities with punctuality, ensuring efficient and timely task completion.

Qualifications:
1. Basic computer operation, preferably proficient in Excel, Microsoft word.2. Should be young.3. University graduate.4. Have more than 2 years working experience.5. Can work night shift.
