Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Team.

2. Prepare strategies, including short term and long-term plans to improve the overall production of the team in support of the company's overall objectives.

3. Ensure quality of service being provided to all marketing departments with the end objective of higher loading and less back-outs.

Expectations are as follows:

· Provide the required number of resumes to all client requirements within the Agreed Service Level Agreement (on a maximum should not exceed 24 hours for skills that are readily available and maximum of 3 days for hard-to-find skills)

· Provide qualified candidates who have been pre-screened, interviewed and with the required skills properly validated. All relevant information required (such as rates, availability, preferences and others) are complete and in order.

· Ensure that all recruitment guidelines, policies and programs are implemented at all times.

4. Support marketing objectives on loading to ensure achievement targets.

5. 80% of monthly loadings.

6. Provide the required resources and support for all internal manpower requirements and ensure that requirements are serviced and filled up within the target schedules.

7. Ensure submission of all management required reports within the target schedules.

8. Provide the necessary guidance and training to all recruitment personnel to develop their personalities, communications skills, (oral and written) and presentation skills (IPI profile and services).

9. Provide competitive information to management.

10. Provide input to management on current trends in IT outsourcing (skills that are in demand, rates applicable per skills).

11. Develop alliances and new sources of manpower for both new graduates and skilled professionals.

12. Perform all other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role.BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Must have good management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have exposure handling IT / Technical positions.
  • Demonstrate ability to attract new talents in the new normal.
