We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Residential Care Manager to join our team and lead our in-home care services from a remote location.

**About the Role:**

As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dedicated care workers who provide in-home support to our clients in Australia. You will ensure that high-quality, personalized care is delivered consistently, meeting both the clients' needs and Australian care standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive compassionate, effective, and reliable support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Team Management:**
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of in-home care workers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of care workers, providing feedback and addressing any issues promptly.

**Client Care Coordination:**
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Ensure that all care plans are implemented effectively and adjusted as needed based on client feedback and changing needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure that all care services comply with Australian standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage documentation and reporting related to client care and staff performance.

**Operational Oversight:**
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staffing for all in-home care shifts.
- Manage the operational logistics of remote care delivery, including communication tools and support resources.
- Collaborate with other departments within The Well Team to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Inventory and Stock Management:**
- Oversee the ordering and maintenance of medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary items for in-home care.
- Ensure that care workers have the supplies they need to deliver quality care.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage, and forecast future needs to avoid shortages.

**Administrative Duties:**
- Handle administrative tasks such as rostering, payroll approvals, and other HR-related functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Utilize management software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the disability or aged care sector, preferably in a remote or home-based setting.
- **Education:** Relevant qualifications in healthcare, social work, or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of care standards and regulations in Australia.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and administrative tasks.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable using remote communication and management tools (e.g., video conferencing, scheduling software, electronic health records).
