Junior Associate for People & Culture will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Responsibilities will span various aspects of HR, including training and development, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. The Junior Associate will collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the strategic development and seamless implementation of People & Culture initiatives. Orchestrates the organization of training materials and oversees training programs, ensuring meticulous adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborates on the design of training materials for both existing employees and new hires, swiftly addressing any training-related challenges. Works closely with management and staff to foster improved work relationships, elevate morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Leads the development, planning, and facilitation of impactful employee engagement, reward, and recognition programs within the Company. Provides essential support for employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms, ensuring a platform for all voices to be heard.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to elevate the overall employee experience, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and policies. Shapes and delivers the company's internal communication strategy, planning, and activity calendar to significantly boost employee engagement.
  • Coordinates seamlessly with external service providers, partners, or sponsors to support company events. Drives employee awareness of engagement programs through the creation and deployment of creative, impactful, and strategic communication materials.
  • Actively participates in the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing the preparation of job descriptions, posting advertisements, and conducting interviews. Provides comprehensive support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and effectively resolves issues and problems.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of human resource policies. Demonstrates proficiency in gathering and analyzing data with insightful HR metrics, utilizing tools such as People Analytics, Recruitment Dashboard, and Attrition Dashboard.
  • Maintains a vigilant oversight of employee files, data, resignations, notice of personnel actions, clearances, exit interviews, and other critical files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Formal Education or Equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or Human Resource and Development Management

Related Work Experience

  • At least 1-2 years related work experience is preferred
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Skills

  • General knowledge of employment law and practices
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
