What the day will look like

  • Support colleagues on various animation projects ensuring strict adherence to project timeline and accuracy
  • Assist in the creation of animation templates for equity and compensation-related content
  • Prepare video marketing materials for internal and external use
  • Review the work of junior animators or interns
  • Assist in training junior animators and interns
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in animation or related field
  • Any level of proficiency in equity compensation topics
  • Good command of animation and graphic design principles
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with the use and animation software and applications
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, team environment
