The Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist is integral to the implementation, support, design, and configuration of cybersecurity solutions across IT and OT systems within key sectors such as Transportation, Energy, Water, Property and Buildings, and the Environment. This role demands deep expertise in a broad range of cybersecurity products and services, including Identity and Access Management, Application Security, SOAR, DLP, SOC Services, Perimeter Security, Privileged Access Management, SIEM , Patch Management, Vulnerability Management , and Penetration Testing Services. You will focus on crafting and configuring solutions that ensure seamless integration and robust security across both IT and OT environments. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial implementation to ongoing support and optimization of security frameworks, enhancing system resilience and compliance in critical infrastructures. This dynamic role supports our mission to deliver comprehensive, tailored cybersecurity strategies that address the unique challenges of each sector we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of both IT and OT cybersecurity challenges and trends to create integrated solutions that meet the specific needs of various industries.
• Gain expert-level understanding of cybersecurity issues across IT and OT environments, and utilize this knowledge to design and recommend tailored solutions that address industry-specific requirements.
• Conduct assessments of client systems to identify vulnerabilities in their IT and OT infrastructures and recommend effective cybersecurity enhancements.
• Facilitate the integration of IT and OT security protocols to ensure seamless, secure operations and a robust security posture.
• Engage with potential clients to fully understand their needs and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that product and service offerings are aligned with strategies for IT/OT convergence
• Oversee the execution of projects from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring they adhere to client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints
• Provide essential support to the sales team through technical expertise and documentation during the pre-sales and consultation phases.
• Conduct Proof of Concept tests to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Demonstrate products and implement solutions involving technologies such as Gytpol, emSigner, emAS, Nozomi Networks, Tenable OT/IT, Planview, Splunk SIEM and SOAR, Microsoft DLP, Veracode, IBM Guardium, and Azure AD.
• Leverage project management skills to facilitate smooth implementation experiences for solutions similar to those listed, which is considered a significant advantage for successful role performance

Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

• Degree qualification in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related fields
• Extensive presales or consulting experience, with a robust focus on designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions across both IT and OT environments.
• A strong background in both consulting and operational technology (OT) security is highly desirable, with direct experience in implementing and managing solutions such as Gytpol, eMSigner, emAS, and others noted.
• Exceptional presentation and technical writing skills, demonstrated through the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex cybersecurity information to diverse audiences, including through product demonstrations and Proof of Concept presentations.
• Demonstrated project management expertise, with a proven track record in leading and delivering multi-disciplinary projects, particularly those involving key technologies like Nozomi Networks, Tenable OT/IT, Planview, Splunk SIEM and SOAR, and similar tools.
• Proven capability to manage vendor relationships effectively, aligning product and service offerings with strategic business goals and IT/OT convergence needs
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSP are highly advantageous

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The job offer can be based either in Makati City, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base/location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
