Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cash Operations Lead to oversee our cash management processes.

As the Cash Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and leading a team of cash handling professionals.


Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cash operations, including cashEnsure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
Lead and motivate a team of cash operations staff.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Verify and reconcile daily cash transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve cash management processes.
Implement efficient and effective cash handling procedures.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to cash operations.
Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Generate reports on cash operations performance and key metrics.
Communicate findings to management and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with other departments, including finance and accounting, to ensure seamless cash flow processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • Proficient in SAP/Oracle.
  • Banking and Finance industry experience.
  • Above-average communication skills.
  • Nightshift availability.
