Please be advised that there is a job opening for the Senior position of NonPOS team.

Position Summary & Area of Responsibility:

  • Manage a team consisting of Walmart L1 & L2 associates.
  • Responsible for performance management of the allocated span.
  • Maintaining general employee discipline and performance.
  • Maintaining effective internal and external communication.
  • Identifying, facilitating and implementing process improvement ideas.
  • Scheduling and delegating workload.
  • Assisting supervisors on any new and ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good team management and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of the supported equipment, team processes, troubleshooting procedures and ability to expand said knowledge.
  • Creativity. Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Positive, friendly and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work with or without direct supervision, take initiative and assist team members.
  • Ability to utilize the applications for support, reporting and documentation.
  • Leadership experience and NonPOS equipment knowledge will be an added advantage
