The liaison assistant facilitates document acquisition for clients in institutions and universities, managing requests both on-site and online. They ensure completeness of client requirements, update databases to track progress, and prioritize hassle-free and timely processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare client documents for educational institution processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.2. Encode processed document details, updating master lists and databases to track client's requisition progress.3. Keep clients informed via company channels, addressing concerns and providing updates on requisition services.

Qualifications:

  • Owns a motorcycle available for company usage (w/ gas and maintenance allowance).
  • With a nonprofessional driver's license holder.
  • Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply
  • High School or Senior High Graduates are Welcome to Apply
  • Graduate of 4year degree in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent (Preferably)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen to details, computer literate, and customer service oriented.
  • Typing Speed of 40 wordsperminute with 95% accuracy.
  • Background in office/administrative roles is a plus.
  • Amenable to work outdoors in changing weather conditions (with meal allowance)
