Your Role:

As our Marketing Director specializing in Digital Marketing campaigns, you will be the maestro of our SEO/ Social Media and WebDev campaigns. You'll craft compelling narratives, design strategies to capture leads, and analyze data to refine and perfect our approach. Your expertise will drive our brand forward, making a direct impact on our growth and success.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director with a specialization in managing fulfillment services to both internal and external clients to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful project management of clients that drive lead generation and sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only create fulfillment services but also analyze data to continually improve campaign performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead our Digital Marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve by staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO/ Social Media and WebDev strategy to increase lead generation and sales.
  • Manage all aspects of client fulfillment processes, including planning, targeting, segmentation, content creation, execution, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align cold email campaigns with other marketing activities and sales objectives.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cold email marketing and apply them to our campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in email marketing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing role with a focus on cold email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful cold email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Proficient in CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferably has knowledge on AI Tools and experience
  • This is an ON-SITE work location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
